Characteristics
we seek in franchisees include:

Ability to speak with people comfortably and confidently
- Ability
to pass a National Background Check crossed referenced
with the National sex offenders database & National
terrorism database (this is required of all owners, employees,
contract workers and any adult having access to the children
on an ongoing basis)

Ability to comfort, care for and entertain young children

Ability to lead a team
- Business
management experience
- Marketing
knowledge (not required, but helpful)
- High
personal standards and ethics
- Entrepreneurial
spirit, strives to be the best personally & professionally
- Ability
to meet financial requirements; typically $150K-$250K,
yet may vary
- Ability
to maintain current lifestyle without business income
for a duration of time (a must in all start up businesses
as income is not guaranteed)
