Screamin' Mimi's upholds exacting standards when choosing our Activity Assistants. Special attention is placed on screening, image, personality, responsibility and intelligence.

Our Assistants are encouraged to submit new and unique ideas for improving overall child enjoyment and parent satisfaction at Screamin' Mimi' s. Assistants are encouraged to pursue educational classes and seminars in child development and play.

Screamin' Mimi's strives to achieve a low assistant-to-child ratio of 10:1. There is always a minimum of 2 team members on site at all times.

Screamin' Mimi's is not required to be licensed by the state of North Carolina since we are not a traditional 'daycare' center. However, we are committed to providing you and your children with a clean, inviting environment that will exceed your every expectation.
